Overview
Two layers of banded fabric that slide over one another. Line the solid bands up and the blind is closed; offset them and light comes through the sheer bands while the view in is still broken. It is the answer for a room that faces a street and still wants daylight, and it does the job of a curtain and a sheer in one blind.
