A flat panel of cloth that pulls up into even horizontal folds and stacks at the head of the window rather than at the sides. It takes no floor space and no stack-back either side of the reveal, which makes it the answer where a curtain will not fit — behind a dining table, over a kitchen sink, in a narrow reveal. Fitted inside the reveal or above it, and made up in the same furnishing fabrics as the curtains, so a room can carry both.
